Those with disciplinary responsibility should be familiar with the current regulations in labor law and be able to assess potential liability risks. Discuss the following in six sessions:
- what options you have if your employees are regularly or long-term ill.
- what pitfalls are hidden in the Working Hours Act and how you can avoid them.
- what you and your employees need to bear in mind when it comes to hybrid working and workations,
- what you can do if performance is not up to scratch (dealing with low performers),
