  • Leading yourself

    Finding your own balance (inward focus). If you want to lead, you must first learn to lead yourself. In 6 sessions you will experience significant impulses for self-knowledge: 

    • You will become aware of your leadership style, why you do it and what this means for your effectiveness.
    • You will recognize which priorities you give to yourself and how you manage your time.
    • You will learn techniques to spark your creativity.
    • You will learn how to deal with stress and pressure.
    • You will practice making good decisions.
  • Leading a team

    In these six sessions, you will focus on leading your team (focus on the group). You will learn

    • ​how to use meetings and how to get the most out of them.
    • how to deal with hybrid teams in line with New Work principles,
    • what the key to resolving any conflict is,
    • how to overcome the challenges of transgenerational teams,
    • how to leverage diversity and overcome intercultural barriers,
    • and what it means to be a mentor to your employees.
  • Winning people over

    As a manager, you represent your company both internally and externally. These six sessions focus on consciously using and controlling your impact on others (external focus). The ideas presented will show you how to

    • confidently strike up conversations with strangers,
    • systematically network and manage your contacts,
    • conduct successful negotiations,
    • inspire crowds with your pitch or presentation,
    • use your body language consciously,
    • and emphasize your personality with your style.

    Those with disciplinary responsibility should be familiar with the current regulations in labor law and be able to assess potential liability risks. Discuss the following in six sessions:

  2. Individual preparation:
    For optimal preparation, you will receive individual tasks 10 days before each session and can bring up specific case scenarios that will be covered in the seminars. This ensures maximum practical relevance and individual relevance. Before the first seminar, you will also take a personality test that lays the foundation for deeper self-awareness. Through preparatory tasks and the quiz on specific case scenarios, we ensure that each session is tailored precisely to you.

  3. Seminar structure:
    The 90-minute power training sessions are packed with compact content-based insights, practical application exercises, and lively case discussions. Afterwards, there's time for informal discussion to reflect on what you've learned and network with other leaders. The goal is for you to leave each seminar with a clear impetus for the day's topic—equipped with the understanding and insight to bring about the change that will move you and your team forward
