Description:
Leadership means reaching people. It's not just what you say that matters, but how you come across. In this practice-oriented seminar, we combine professional style consulting, makeovers, and presentation training to create a unique development experience.
On the first day, you will work with experienced style coaches (for women and men) and a stylist on clothing, hairstyle, makeup, and accessories. Together, we will analyze your appearance, take initial video recordings, and make the effect visible—before and after your personal makeover.
On the second day, the focus is on your presence: you will train your voice, body language, and expression, give short presentations in front of the camera, and receive individual feedback from trainers and the group. The before-and-after comparison will clearly show you the impact you have—and how you can present your personality authentically and confidently.
